The brief
Great cookies, no easy way to order them.
The Cookies St was selling handmade cookies the hard way — through DMs, messages, and word of mouth. The baking was never the problem. What was missing was a proper storefront: somewhere regulars could see the full menu, order in a few taps, and have a reason to come back.
What we did
A storefront that does the selling.
- A menu that makes you hungry. Every flavour laid out with photos and pricing, built to show the cookies at their best.
- Ordering in a few taps. A shopping cart plus WhatsApp checkout — the way their customers already like to buy.
- A reason to come back. A loyalty program that tracks every 10th cookie free, automatically — no punch cards to lose.
The results
A bakery that runs on its own.
A storefront the owner can manage herself, with online ordering and repeat-customer rewards built in from day one — so the focus stays on baking, not on chasing orders.
